Tim Karlsen started Karlsen Homes over 30 years ago as a family-owned-and-operated business in Clark County, Washington. He was eventually joined in the business by his son, daughters, son-in-law, and several grandchildren. Over the past few decades, we’ve had the opportunity to provide the service and high-quality output of a local, small business while gaining years of experience and productive relationships with both subcontractors and customers. We operate throughout the Southwest Washington region and look forward to helping you build your dream home!

Our Warranty

Karlsen Homes made it a priority to find a warranty that will protect and take care of you. We use a comprehensive homeowner warranty system by Residential Warranty Company, LLC. On top of our leading construction practices, we give you the protection by an outside warranty system.
